Before Your Visit

Preparing for Your First Visit

Beginning care can bring both curiosity and uncertainty. This is here to help you feel more at ease — and to give you a sense of what your experience will be like.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first visit is an unhurried conversation. We take time to understand your history, your current experience, and what your body is communicating. From there, treatment begins — guided by what is present that day.

How to Prepare for Treatment
There is very little you need to do to prepare. Come as you are. It can be helpful to eat beforehand and to allow some space after your appointment to rest, if needed.

What to Wear / Eat / Know Before You Come
Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid arriving on an empty stomach. Bring any questions or information that feels relevant — but know that you don’t need to have everything figured out.

After Your Session: What’s Normal
People often leave feeling more relaxed, clear, or sometimes tired. Subtle shifts can continue over the next few days. Your body responds in its own timing — this is part of the process.
