CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Last updated: August 2026

Your appointment time at Malachite Medicine is reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is cancelled with adequate notice, we are able to offer that time to another patient who needs care. We appreciate your help in honoring the time reserved for your visit.

24-Hour Notice

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may cancel or reschedule through our online scheduling system, by phone, or by email.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and is not billed to insurance.

First-Time Exceptions

We understand that unexpected things happen. If this is your first late cancellation or missed appointment, we may waive the fee at our discretion. If something unusual or unavoidable occurs, please reach out to us.We will always try to handle individual circumstances with care while also protecting the time reserved for each patient.

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us.We would rather reschedule your appointment than have you come to the office while unwell. We will work with you on timing when illness is the reason for a change.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide as much of your scheduled session as possible.Your appointment will still end at its scheduled time so that the next patient is not affected. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Remote Appointments

The same cancellation notice requirements and applicable fees apply to remote herbal consultations and astrology sessions.
